A notice regarding gift cards & temporary closure:

During this time of hopeful transition of ownership of the business, we encourage you to please use your gift cards. We cannot guarantee that there will be an opportunity to use them beyond July 17th.
Effective July 18th the shop will be closed for a period of 4 to 5 weeks to support a necessary family break and the transition time needed for the hopeful new owners.
As of July 4th, we have loads of cheese to help get you through this interim period. 
A reopening date is yet to be determined.
We appreciate your patience, understanding and 11 amazing years of love and support.

Surprise bags have been a fun emerging theme through this time. If that is an option you would like to explore, here are few questions we typically ask in order to streamline your preferences and ensure a suitable selection for your enjoyment:

• Do you enjoy all milk types: Cow, Sheep and Goat?
• Is unpasteurized cheese okay?
• Do you have a preference for mild, medium or sharp?
• Do you like blue cheese?
• Do you enjoy a range of textures from soft to hard?
• What budget would you like to stay within for the cheese?
• In addition to the cheese, do you want any other items to accompany your order, such as crackers, olives, preserves, meats, sweets etc.?
